I speak spanish fluently, had a year of German and Russian for a year...just wondering because of the post with everyone starting to speak russian in..

Native Finnish, fluent English and pretty good Swedish. I can also order beer in many other languages.

I took a year of French in highschool, but the teacher and I reached an agreement that I'd pass the course if I kept my mouth shut. I wasn't very well motivated...

Only English well. I can get along in Spanish. Know lots of words and phrases in several other languages. Especially Korean. I spent 14 months there and picked up a bit.

as bruce willis (playing john mcclane) says, i only speak two languages, english, and bad english! actually i have inadvertantly absorbed some french over the years. can't speak fluently or anything, but si tu parle lentement, je peux comprende un peux. my grammar in french is much worse than english!

I tried learning French in school, but failed dismally. I was supposed to order a cake, but I ordered a cheese waiter instead.

They encourage people to learn Welsh where I work, but although being half Welsh myself I think it's such an ugly language.

I can speak spanish almost fluently and there's always the few phrases that you know in another language. Phrases like Hello and where is the bathroom.
