Do you know why they got rid of the Otter?

;) Nice King Air C90 ! B|

Yves.

Our Otter?

Its broke, engine is blown out. No one has fixed it, were just using a different plane.

Too expensive to repair? Was it a Super Otter or a regular Otter?

Is it for sale? :P

;)

Yves.

I have no idea.

The active aircraft at Raeford Parachute Center are a Twin Otter and two Cessna 182s (not sure about the wide body status - since I am a wide body, they're all narrow to me!) ;)

We also have a Casa and a Super Otter owned by another company on the airport . . . the DZ uses them for special events.

The Twin-Bo is not used to fly jumpers anymore, but I sure got a lot of jumps from it when it did! :)

@ CSC We jump the spotted Otter (Super Otter) & Polka Porter (also spotted)... kinda goofy; I'm sure some of you souther dzers know them when they go south for the winter. Also have SkyVan & CASA a few times/yr.

someone from Sky Knights HAS to post on there warning when they're having the next balloon day!!

Anyone know why we don't have any Cresco's here in the States? Jumped one in Australia & LOVED it - I want one here!!!

There is no can't. Only lack of knowledge or fear. Only you can fix your fear.

you're always welcome in Perris:)

One day, I'll go to California. It looks like you have great DZs there. B|

But you don't do winter jumps like we do here! :P
;)

Yves.

Are you implying that that's a bad thing?

Super Otters here, there &... that 3rd DZ I forgot what they have. A few years back and with different owners it was the "Point Break Plane". (It flew fine when I was in it.) I believe its a Cessna DZ now.

Skydive Houston's Otter is the prettiest one I have seen.

No, but winter jumps are fun to do. You should try this once.
