I was getting pop-ups evert time I went to Hotmail all week long. I was starting to get real irritated with them going to pop-ups and started thinking I had to get a new e-mail address. Then I realized that it wasn't doing it at my work computer. I ran Spybot and sure enough, it took care of it. Darn kids, I know it was one of them who downloaded something!

LOL...I definitely think you have a problem on your computer! 
Have you checked "add and remove programs" to see what might be on there? My kids did something to my computer once where this gaming site ended up installing itself on the computer. It was suddenly in the Start programs, the favorite files and a new program on the computer. But, it wasn't a game, it was just ads for casino sites!
