dterrick 0 #8 October 1, 2003 Wow!. Great picture. Ditto on the desktop request - I live on a cessna DZ and seeing 14 reminds me of my Kingair visit to Hollister Dave Life is very short and there's no time for fussing and fighting my friend (Lennon/McCartney)
kansasskydiver 0 #9 October 1, 2003 Here is another pic the guy's brother that MyOwnWay was talking about. Both Darin and Travis take some amazing pics. This one is set as my desktop. Aviatrr 0 #11 October 1, 2003 Is that a Grumman you're in? Yankee, perhaps? Hard to tell from the pic since they're quite a ways away, but it looks like a couple of GIII's. The one on the left COULD be a GIV, but I'd have to see a bit of a closer shot to tell for sure.. Where you based? Mike
beowulf 1 #12 October 1, 2003 Do you happen to have a higher resolution version of that?
pilotdave 0 #13 October 1, 2003 Yep... Grumman Tiger. Awesome plane. Not as awesome as those gulfstreams though. I think those are IVs. Here's a closeup. Dave
dove 0 #14 October 1, 2003 Whenever I see a beautiful sunset or awesome cumulus clouds it makes me think, "God, we are so lucky." We being skydivers. How can the rest of the world exist without ever knowing what it's like to be up there? Amazing. We really are the lucky few. Fall in dove.

fasterfaller 0 #25 October 1, 2003 QuoteThat "wild-sunset" is one of the most beautiful sunset's I've ever seen. Thanks , I took that during a big storm and that is only a small part of the pic . I have three shots that are stitched together and it prints at 48"x72" for the full size image . The print file is close to 700mb . It was shot on my Contax with a leaf 22 megapixel digital back . That shot is going to make me a lot of money . I got 36 images that night that are high enough quality to sell .
