skybytch 259 #1 October 25, 2004 That's right. A flask. A portable metal alcohol container with a curved shape for comfortable carrying on the body. I've seen a few online but the biggest I can find holds 1/2 pint (8 oz). I need to find one that holds a pint (16 oz) but still has that curved shape. Anyone? Check out shops that have gifts for groomsmen. I just got one as a gift two weeks ago (from standing up in a wedding) and he said he had a few options to choose from online._________________________________________ you can burn the land and boil the sea, but you can't take the sky from me.... AggieDave 6 #6 October 25, 2004 Liquor stores, luggage shops, travel shops, Wal-Mart to name a few... Also, sports stores (specifically stores that specialize in camping and fishing gear).--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." ladyskydiver 0 #8 October 25, 2004 The store "Things Remembered" was always a good place to find things like that - and you can get it engraved there.Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Rainbo 0 #12 October 25, 2004 My china cabinet is a good place to start. But, you might have to fight me for it. It is glass, fits in a stainless sleeve that fits in a leather case. Got it so long ago that I can not remember right off hand where i got it. Will let you know when my mind works better.Rainbo TheSpeedTriple - Speed is everything "Blessed are those who can give without remembering, and take without forgetting." mjosparky 3 #14 October 25, 2004 Lisa, I have one that is 8 oz. and one that is 4 oz. If you find one that is 16 oz. you have to carry it in a wheelbarrow. 16 oz. of booze is a lot of booze. It would last at least 2 hours or so. SparkyMy idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

If you can use non-metallic, pilot flasks may do the trick. Check these out. For some reason the URL doesn't automatically bring them up. Put LEG-122 in the item# field and search. It works just fine for me that way. Three for $7.97 is not bad. Blue skies, Winsor

nacmacfeegle 0 #19 October 26, 2004 If it helps the search, we call them "Hip Flasks" over here. GARYC24 3 #21 October 26, 2004 I got a plastic one, curved and somewhat big. It will hold about a half of a 1/5th of Wild Turkey 101! I got it at Big 5. Check camping stores for one. It cost $1.
