Thanatos340 1 #26 September 16, 2005 OK.. Here are a Couple of Good ones to get started with!! Boil 1 Cup Water Mix in 1 Small Box Pineapple Jello Let Cool. Add 1 Cup Bacardi Limon Rum. Stir and Pour into Cups. Let refrigerate over night. Mouths Favorite: Boil One Cup Water. Add one small Box of Sour Apple Jello LET COOL. Add one Cup of Smirnoff Vodka. Maybe I will post the recipe for my RedBull and Vodka Jello shots later.... A couple tips: Always let the Jello Cool before adding the Alcohol. If the Jello Mix is still real hot when you add the Alcohol.. Much of the Alcohol will evaporate. Never use Cheap Vodka in Jello-shot. No you will not taste much of a difference but you will FEEL much different the next day. Cheap Vodka = Bad Hangovers. I always use Smirnoff or better. JUDYJ 0 #28 September 16, 2005 Ok, so I know nothing about JELLO shots..however, thought this recipe might go with them6-7 lb. chicken 1 cup melted butter or parve margarine 1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good.) 1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT) Salt/pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt,and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Bake until you hear the popping sounds. When the chicken's butt blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it's done. And, you thought I couldn't cook. They do not taste strong but they are. Jay's note about letting the jello cool first is a big key to making them. I usually put it in the frig for a little bit to help speed up the process, but you have to make sure you don't put it in there for long. If you do it will start to set and then it is wasted because the alcohol will not mix in.
