Weekday or weekend jumps. Which is better

I always feel more rock starish when i jump on a weekday. It's only a skydive, but i like it.

I used to jump with a group that filled the plane for a team on our DZ. It was pretty tight that it was a skeleton crew with no crowds......yeah, rock starish. I like that.
All I need was a packer. I was new at the time and sometimes held everybody up, so someone would come over and finish my pack job.....which of course meant trashpacking it.

Weekends! Weekdays are almost out of the question because the dropzone is 1 1/2 hours away. Plus, there's never a lot of fun jumpers there on weekdays, so it usually means that I'm shooting a tandem video if it's during the week.

I've got a limited number of weekend "get out of jail free" cards. So, weekday jumps are better for me because I can sneak away and do a couple of extra jumps without getting too much grief.

Unfortunately, my home DZ isn't always jumping and it's a long trip to Cross Keys : (

So, it's the cost of jumps plus arranging after school care for my kids, plus money for pizza since I'm not here to cook.

Weekday jumps are better because you can jump while everyone else is working.

Skydivers don't knock on Death's door. They ring the bell and runaway... It really pisses him off.

Weekends. Weekdays can be cool, but most of your friends aren't there and loads are fewer and farther between. Besides, I like the energy level of a weekend crowd.

YAAY!! A jump with the freefly manatae!! I love weekday jumps, it's a nice way to get through the work week.

I only get to jump on Tues & Thurs since i'm busy packing on the weekend. I do love getting off work then going to the DZ. Last night i did a kick ass hybrid.
