Students! What's your fall schedule look like?

Recommended Posts

Well, school just started today and I'm still not sure. [:/] I've changed my schedule about 50 times this semester, but I really need to make up my mind by, umm, tomorrow!

The two classes I'm pretty sure I'll keep are Spanish and Interpersonal Communication because those are the last of the graduation requirements I need (other than the nursing classes which I should be starting next semester). But I need at least another five units to keep myself in full-time status, and I'm torn between a few different classes (how well they fit into my schedule vs. how interesting they sound to me vs. how useful they might be later on).

I took Cultural Anthropology in the spring - thinking that it wouldn't be particularly interesting - and it turned out to be one of my favorite classes so far. It helped that the professor was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic (not to mention pretty hot :)), but I really enjoyed the subject matter and ended up doing all of the extra credit work even though I didn't need it. Seems like the sort of thing that you'd like too... (the course material and the professor I had :P).

'eh...an easy schedule. :SB|:D

  • Biostatistics

:D Hey, it leaves me with an "easy" spring semester with only 14 credits.

Plus, from what I've seen of vet school class schedules...20 credits is going to be an "easy" semester as some of the classes that I have to take I won't get credit until year 3. :o:SB|

I don't see any time in your schedule for eating and sleeping...unless you plan on doing it in one of the labs.
    :D:D

I will get to eat and sleep after finals in Dec. but before spring semester starts in Jan. I think there's 3 weeks in there...more than enough time to catch up. :D

I finally got my schedule sorted out... It's:

    Spanish 101
    Interpersonal Communication
Cultural History of American Motion Pictures
Dosage/Calculations (part of the nursing program)

I think that this is going to be a fun semester. I'm just filling graduation requirements and getting prepared to enter the nursing program. And so far, I love all of my teachers! :)

Only thing i am doing this semester is student teaching, then I am FREEEEEEE.

    Until I start grad school.:S

However, for right now I am looking forward to being on the other end of the classroom and teaching instead of being taught.

Nine hours at U of Arizona:

    MATH 527: Principles of Analysis
MATH 576: Numerical Analysis of PDEs
MATH 583: Principles and Methods of Applied Math

    + 20hrs of GCA

There's a reason I ain't jumped in a while. I'll have it easier next semester. If you need a little math help, lemme know.
