iluvtofly 0 #1 January 16, 2008 Well, I finally got the results of my state test. I passed and am now officially an EMT. I'm so excited. I can't wait to get out there. And I will say skydiving helped me when it came time for my practical. It's helped me in that I know how to stop, take a breath, relax and think without panicing. (This also came in handy on my one ride along when I had a cardiac arrest patient.) I'm just excited cause this is only the second time (skydiving was the first) that I actually found something I really cared about and accomplished it.
