It just essentially clears your cache after each trip online. So nothing pops up when you start typing; but it does keep all your bookmarks and stuff like that. Well since everyone told me the sky was falling I fired up my firefox again yesterday, upgraded to the latest version and added some of those ad blocker thingys. I've been using it for a day now and have to say, Damn... fast, fast, fast, and less annoying advertising!!! I was running the latest IE and it's popup blocker but the FF ad blocking is awesome. Couple things I haven't figured out though is the font size seems to small for my liking and I can zoom but it doesn't stay at the zoomed setting when switching pages???? anyone? Also in the dropdown for the address bar it has like 10 random sites from years ago and recently, how do I clear those out??? Already did "clear private data" and history but those don't go away?????
