davjohns 1 #26 June 28, 2010 /1/0I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.
hofstar 0 #27 June 28, 2010 0:4:0 Took it easy this weekend, did 4 jumps on Saturday. 4-way, 5-way, 4-way belly; and a 14-way tracking dive. Good times
OlympiaStoica 0 #28 June 28, 2010 :2:0 Weather wasn't all that great on Saturday, but I got two jumps in ... freeflying from 10K wasn't all that great ... damn, break off came in no time. I got to experience rain at 120+mph for the first time - ouch!!! Sunday, I went boating, as I was recovering from a DZ party on Saturday night. Nunyer:2:0 Vskydiver has the head cold from Hell, poor girl, so she was grounded, but I went out Saturday and made two jumps, my first in 8 1/2 freakin' months. Yeaahhhaah Bitches, I'm back in the saddle again. I made a solo to check out my shoulder and all, then made a two way jump with a noob friend working on her A license. Sweet. It sure was nice to be back in the air. I didn't realize how much I missed it. Nataly says I owe beer, but this isn't the first time I've had to chill from injuries, just the longest. Oh yeah, it's my birthday today too. Had a great time. Happy Birthday John! (Sorry a little late. I am behind in my forum reading) What a way to celebrate a birthday! I am sure the sky missed you as much as you did! 0:0:0 I had a crappy weekend... but this week is certainly looking up!Kim Mills USPA D21696 Tandem I, AFF I and Static Line I
JohnMitchell 14 #33 June 29, 2010 Quote how did the shoulder feel ? back to normal ? Not bad, a little stiff and sore, but freefall felt great. I did a solo jump- with turns, tracking, fast fall, slow fall, backloops, just to check it out. All good. Dangeroo said I was "glowing" after my jump. I think that's good.
