    Apache $1600 + Helium $780 = $2380

    SFLY Core

Much as I like to see technological advances, I just can't see who is going to buy this? Performance wise, I would be surprised if it comes anywhere close to an Apache with a slimline container, which (I believe?) is a cheaper and more versatile option. I stand by to be proved wrong if it appears in the BASE race, but I doubt it.

At €2,850.00 I would expect it to come with flaps and an undercarriage.
  4. If the met is favourable, it will happen this Friday. http://www.bremont.com/briefing-room/bremont-wingman
  5. I'm at Elsinore 21st - 4th on a mil exercise so I'll be there. :)
  6. Although it would have made great footage, at least he saved himself a few quid by not having a foot mounted one on this occasion.
  7. Elsinore without a doubt, when you going Wakey? I'm out there end last week of April, first week of May.

Yes of course there is a physical difference in that there are no grippers and the wings are slightly smaller to accomodate this, but in the way the suit flies the difference is minimal, as with the P2 and the Shadow.

If it's the same as the prototype I flew last Nov (which I believe it is) then it flies the same as a Ghost 3, I would hardly be able to tell the difference, I don't usually hold the grippers on the G3 anyway.
  10. I've flown pretty much every suit on the market from all manufacturers and the Ghost 3 for me & my bodyweight (95kg) is the best all round suit available. I've done almost 400 jumps on mine & love it. First jump on it, I smashed the figures I was getting on my Stealth 2 after 100 jumps. If you're interested in acro, there's also another suit being released soon which has almost the same wing but with no grippers.
  11. Flying time maybe, but driving it's more like 90 mins.
  12. Yeah, I was speaking to your mate Yorge? Jurgi? Yori?...George? You know the one I mean, on New Years Day. Exactly same for us, went in and robbed macbooks etc while someone alseep on sofa. I reckon they folllowed first bloke back from pub & went in when he was asleep.
  13. I think so, but more in the bar than in the sky! We did both get burgled though :( 10 days away and only 13 jumps done. I need to cut down on the drinking I think!
  14. We will be there sometime on 23rd and will remain drunk until it's jumpable. Leaving on evening of 1st.
  15. If you shove your head up your own ass you fall faster, remove it and you're back to flying. I thought everyone knew this? I dunno...I've been flying with my head up my ass for a long time, and my GR is pretty good. When you comin' back to Elsinore? I was out in Perris in November and popped across & did a couple of jumps with Jarno but you weren't about. I'm hoping to get across in Apr/May so that it coincides with your artistics comp. Will let you know.

  17. I have a Black/Red Ghost 3 which I usually fly, but also have Black/Orange Venom, Stealth 2 & V3. There are a couple of mates joining us from boxing day who both fly Phantom 2's reasonably well. Edit - I've added you on Facebook.
  18. I get them to pull at 5000' on their first jump, after that I tell them to bring it down when they feel comfortable to do so. Wingsuit students are not novice skydivers and should be allowed to decide for themselves once they've demonstrated a good first flight & deployment.
  19. I'm over in Perris from 11th Nov, so could travel over for the final weekend maybe.

  21. PF Ghost 3 and I've also seen a Tonysuit M-Wing.
  22. I am guessing a "Z-Wing" like the X-Wing but 2 inches bigger? ;)
