What country are you in? Flying in a cloud is not that awesome or smart, especially in large groups and dense clouds where you can't see other people. Luckily for skydivers usually we can tell which way is up and keep the canopy straight and level unlike many pilots. Imagine a group of 10 people blow into a cloud and loose track of each other. Hoping that nobody deploys, you can still hit aircraft, each other or depending on the thickness of the clouds/location some adverse weather (hail/rain) or even them going so low that you don't have time to activate your canopy and land safely with clear vision of your surrounding airspace. I started off as a packer, became a coach, rigger, video guy and then finally went and got my AFF-I and T-I ratings. I made plenty of jumps where they paid ME! Great thing about being a rigger is there's always someone that needs a repack or something fixed, or even helping someone out at a boogie so they don't have to drag their rig around on their flights home with the reserve pilot chute out. Well, I mean *technically* bringing the gear up and belly sliding made sure he had enough drag to slow down and come to a stop, had he not firewalled the engines to get back up... I am currently playing this game, which has been on-going for the last 2 years or so, with different people targeting me. At the end of the day, you can go to HR about it but if they won't do anything and your leadership won't either, it's no place you want to be. If you're not looking for better employment by now, you should be. I am in a local government position, one that's damn near impossible to get fired from, so I have fun with the idiots that keep trying to throw their weight around with me. If they'd just do their job and leave me to mine, we would have no issues.
