As long as voters continue to keep them in office, nothing is going to change. Chuck +1 they need to keep us devided As in 'divide and conquer'? Chuck

  6. Wait a minute. He's a Muslim, isn't he? Why would he listen to a pastor if he's a Muslim? That doesn't size-up. He's up to something! Chuck
  7. Andy908: Obama worse than Nixon! You might consider the fact that Obama got his political feet wet in Illinois. Chuck From Chicago, even! One of the worst politically corrupted cities in America and the worst gun violence even! Which dates back probably before prohibition! Also, some of the people he associated with and some, he still associates with. One of his 'advisors' is Al Sharpton! Chuck You forgot that nutbag anti-American ranting pastor Jeremiah Wright. Hell, even Obama tried to distance himself from Wright, but some of us saw through that bullshit. How could I forget Wright? I appreciate your pointing that out. Chuck

  14. With all that 'safety' stuff... how's the kid supposed to have fun? To me, I don't know how to say it without raising anyone's hackles but how is the kid supposed to learn how to take care of himself with all that 'false security' stuff? I think we've all seen cracked Pro-tec helmets on students when they get drug by an open canopy on a windy day. I learned how to protect myself from getting hurt doing stuff as a kid. I have nothing against all that safety stuff if that helps parents. I think a lot of it is over-kill. Kids are going to get scuffs an bruises. It's part of growing up. Oh, we took responsibility for it, too! Chuck
  15. You were taught wrong; we are a republic. ***In a democracy, the majority rules. And this is exactly what our forefathers were wanting to prevent. Quite simply, this country was founded upon the rights of the individual. Jerry Baumchen Thank you for the clarification. The United States is the world's oldest surviving federation. It is a constitutional republic and representative democracy, "in which majority rule is tempered by minority rights protected by law".[251] The government is regulated by a system of checks and balances defined by the U.S. Constitution, which serves as the country's supreme legal document.[252] For 2013, the U.S. ranked 19th on the Democracy Index[253] and 17th on the Corruption Perceptions Index.[254] Chuck
  16. What makes me tired is those people who want their rights but want to take rights away from others. Just because some people don't like guns or are afraid of guns, want all guns done away with is wrong. It's always some minority trying to control the majority. I was taught that we are a democracy. In a democracy, the majority rules. I was told too... if you don't like someone or some thing... stay away. Chuck
  17. Laughed my ass off! I hadn't seen that video. I love it when things like that happen to a bad guy. Chuck
  18. My Dad drank his coffee black and I drink it black (Columbian)... just shy of being able to float a horse shoe in it. Chuck
  19. I saw that video and thought I'd pass it along. Dad's do some pretty cool things... like the ice rink y'all's dads built. That luge track really stood-out. Chuck
  20. Isn't that why they run for office? Consider all the contacts they can make by holding public office... both legal and illegal. Chuck

Ignore him... he'll go away. Chuck Funny, I did say that once before LOL. Just don't even bother to click on any threads he starts. Problem solved. Oh and mpohl, I'm a descendant of a Scottish clan. I'm sorry you're too stupid or ignorant to know the difference. There ya' go! Problem solved. I don't think he'd know a sporran from a tin whistle! Chuck
