We survived our first meet! There was one other AA team and we were neck and neck for the first three rounds, but then they got ahead. Congrats to Wind Damage! Chromy was extremely helpful. He helped us out a ton on the creepers and with exits. There were several blocks that we had never done before. I had never done piver-viper, snowflake offset or chinese tees. lol Piver-viper was intimidating, but we'll get better at it! Fun stuff...and we're looking forward to the next meet in Deland! We'll meet for at least one day of training before then. (We aren't a "serious" team)

What is your team's name? Trash-talking is fun! Lots of AAA teams here of course. We'll see how it goes. I'm not used to getting out at 10.5. It's going to be wierd.

Anyone else here participating in the FSL meets? Hopefully there will be a few other AA teams competing on Saturday! (And some hot shots to help with engineering)

My goodness. I remember when you ordered your Wings. They should include the spankee/spanker info on order forms just to spice them up a little. Cordura or parapak? Type 17 or Type 8 chest strap? ZP or F-111 PC? Spanker or spankee? Ok, one big glass of wine, bad heather!

Oh, hush. You love your Sabre 2. Have fun with the demo. I have no idea how they fly when they're at higher loadings, so post about it! The only thing I would change about my Pilot is that it's quite pink. lol

You might be singing a different tune if you try a Pilot. I love PD (my PD reserve has treated me very well!) and the Sabre2 flies great, but from what I've experienced, the Pilot openings are much more predictable and on-heading. I demoed a bunch of canopies before buying a Pilot. The Pilot out-shined them all. (Of course, I am not a swooper, I don't load my canopy much, etc)

The Tampa show sold out instantly too. Grr. I tried to get a company suite seat too, but even those were already taken.
