I felt it was pretty obvious that Obama was talking about "preventative maintenance" when it comes to health issues. I was blessed enough to have both an excellent pediatrician and insurance plan that was able to diagnose my asthma before it became a serious risk and was provided the tools necessary to deal with an attack without going to the ER. I called to renew my auto insurance policy and they told me that if I installed an autograph device, I would get an initial 5% discount and a 25% discount at my next renewal if the autograph showed I was low risk. The device monitors how fast you drive, the times you drive and how hard and how often you slam on your brakes among other things. Has anybody tried this yet? What are your thoughts or experience? It seems pretty simple to me...go to jail for probation violation...keep the money. If some dude on probation leaves the state and knocks some chick up, does he lose his parental rights because his probation stated he couldn't leave?
