  1. “The war in Ukraine has sharply set back 15 years of Russian effort to modernize its ground force,” according to a new declassified US intelligence report. It also states that Russia has lost over 2,200 tanks, a loss of 25% of all ground forces equipment and 315,000 troops KIA or WIA. No greater bargain in the history of US defense spending has yet to be found. To date $46 billion has been spent to take out about 25% of Russia's military. Imagine what $150 billion more would do? Or another way for 1/4 of what was spent in Iraq the US could send Russia back almost a century. Merry x-mas Putin hope the coal suits you.
  2. Well currently 52% of republican voters would. Which obviously includes, flat earthers, moon landing deniers, election stolen followers and the King ain't naked worshipers.
  3. I like that Rolf guy, the gun shop owner at the end. Swiss and German guns are the most interesting. The Swiss believe that government works and works for them. That rules and democracy go hand in hand. Too many Americans don't. The Swiss believe that mental health, social services should be well funded. Income inequality in Switzerland is the same today as it was 100 years ago. In the US FOX has persuaded the poor and the uneducated that they need republicans to make life better and put a gun in their hands for self defense. That guns are necessary because the government doesn't work. That gun laws can't be trusted or passed because...well...everyone needs a gun and its a right.
  4. There is a difference between ultra-conservatives and the stink of the evangelical right. Right wing conservatives look the other way or hold their noses when evangelicals enter the room. Because like a overflowing outhouse on a hot Texas afternoon. When you gotta do what you gotta do. You do it.
  5. Maybe he is pandering to become a moderator in SC. Isn't the owner of SC a S. African? Like trump he might have dreams of retribution and retaliation.
  6. He spent it on drugs, women, booze and the rest he just wasted.
  7. "There’s very little discussion — I saw no discussion in this in particular — of blaming and shaming the political operative." In the current political climate thats not surprising. Some republicans would mark this whole issue with a badge of pride. Keep in mind that it was just disclosed a day ago that Hunter Biden spent something like $170k on escorts and strip bars. IMO it can be summed up to the effect that she only lost by 1000 votes. So she should try again.
  8. Saving SC, saving the world and furthering republican ideals. You're a legend in your own mind.
  9. Perhaps someone more responsible than BH and less interested in trolling will start a new thread. One dealing with Hunter Biden's actual crimes of tax evasion as he is being prosecuted by the US department of justice. If found guilty I certainly hope he does serious jail time. Naturally BH won't acknowledge that the US DOJ has been "weaponized" for political purpose in this aforementioned prosecution. But why ruin the fantasy world of the GOP.
  10. Speaking of nature, education and third world countries. There is the issue of GOP districts in the southern US and their fertility rates as compared to democrat ones. "we estimate that Trump’s victory led to over 7,000 additional births in Republican counties(the study counties) and 38,000 fewer Democratic births over nine quarters. Using our alternative measure based on the rightward vote shift instead of the vote share, we estimate 18,000 more Republican and 48,000 fewer Democratic births." Above from Partisan Fertility and Presidential Elections Dec. 2021 Study So the uneducated GOP are raising more AR-15 a-totin, trump a-votin, younguns every day.
  11. Philippine nurse immigrants to look after all the old people. "After Japan and Korea, Italy is the country experiencing the fastest population ageing, with 37 people older than 65 per every 100 working-age individuals (aged 15-64) in 2022 and will rise to 65 by 2050."
  12. Agree. The pressure in China for unwed and childless women to get at it is relentless. From the government and from relatives. But for many women they have decided NO. "The proportion increased from 5.39% to 10.91% in 35-year-old women, from 2.66% to 7.85% in 40-year-old women, from 1.55% to 5.86% in 45-year-old group, and the proportion of childlessness in 49-year-old group increased from 1.29% to 5.16%" Many have resorted to telling everyone that they have medical conditions that prevent them from becoming pregnant. It takes off the pressure and garners sympathy at the same time. In addition, now that the government allows two kids. It has made no significant impact on reproduction rates.
  13. IMO climate change is already having a huge impact already on the arable land. Water and food are going to have enormous impacts on migration. Wealthy countries will be able to deal with the challenges. Poor countries like India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc. will have larger problems. At the start of 2022, corn production was down 9 percent from 2021. Nearly all counties in Iowa, the United States' largest corn-producing state, will see corn yields that are more than 5 percent lower than they would have been without climate change by 2030. More than half will see declines of 10 percent or greater. Direct link below is for an enlargement of the map showing most effected countries for climate change food insecurity. https://csis-website-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/s3fs-public/211026_Zembilci_Climate_Change_0.png?w5sBZLLeoIxQe9zDkr7gaVy6A0YcYFht
  14. I've at least noticed one less vermin running around here lately.
  15. Fossil fuel subsidies have now surged to $7 trillion worldwide last year alone. The US is running at $20 billion annually. This doesn't include costs of oil company bankruptcies where they leave the cleanup costs to the states and federal government.. Have you got some liberal-democrat friends you're not telling us about? An inquiring mind is not typical of your thinking.
  16. Today's quiz. Who said !. "We love each other", "Our relationship with China has now probably never, ever been better," Xi is an incredible guy", “But I’m also standing with President Xi.”“if it weren’t for me, Hong Kong would have been obliterated in 14 minutes." “When the students poured into Tiananmen Square, the Chinese government almost blew it,” -“Then they were vicious, they were horrible, but they put it down with strength. That shows you the power of strength. Our country is right now perceived as weak … as being spit on by the rest of the world.” 2. And "President Trump is my friend" If you answered trump and XI respectively you're right.
  17. Yet you keep reminding us. In a postscript "Reagan was utterly dismissive about the fact that the United Nations General Assembly voted 108 to 9 in condemning the U.S. invasion of Grenada...An orgy of self-congratulation followed the triumph. A total of 8,612 medals were awarded to participants — most of them to desk officers who never came within a thousand miles of the island. “Our days of weakness are over!” Reagan exulted"
  18. Why do you keep listing his accomplishments? Let FOX and Brent list them for the applause of his base.
  19. The weak, the gullible will always look for an easy answer and a scapegoat. Hence religion, dictators and demigods. Human nature is not influenced by color, race, or nationality.
  20. I'm now also onboard the USS Titanic. He knows a pardon is his only way out of his felonious mess. He also knows that he has many enemies to settle scores with.
  21. Did you hear about the reports from Liz Cheney that trump was so distraught after finding out he lost the election. That he was skipping some milkshakes and Big Macs??
  22. I translated his response for how FOX viewers hear the answer. Republicans have a serious problem. They LOVE America too much. The next election is the biggest in the history of America. Religion, the flag, Jebus, is all under attack by the filthy Bidenites.
  23. President Biden's biggest asset is that he surrounds himself with the best advisors. Then he listens to them. Todays GOP surround themselves with political activists whose advice they religiously follow.
