No way am I breaking 4 hours in November. I don't know what the hell has happened to me between last year and now, but I just don't got it. Perhaps I never had it, and I dreamed last year? 18.4 today in 2:59. That's ugly. That's about a 4:20 marathon. I can probably get it a bit lower, I'm predicting around a 4:10 this year. Sigh. Specs direct from my running team's President: Do you have any connections who might be able to make up some embroidered patches for the Harriers? What I’m looking for is very simple: a small (maybe 1.5”wide by 2”tall, all-black patch, sew-on or iron-on, with white stitching. The design would be either (a) totally simple, just a rectangular black background with a capital H in white, sans serif font, or (b) something more like a shield-shaped design, with a very small “NY” across the top and a much larger “H” below that. I’m hoping to order perhaps 50-100 units, and would prefer to keep the costs down around $1 per unit or lower if possible. I’d like to have them by mid-November Anyone? Anyone? Should also add a flight to Tokyo to Newark, home for five hours, then the last flight to Vegas to catch a late dinner/meeting. By the time I got to sleep it was about 6am EST, 3pm Vegas, I'd been up with sans 30 or so minutes of fitful sleep on the plane about 36 hours. 58 hours nonstop to finish a final 3-month paper that I waited until the last week to do. No drugs or chemicals other than niccoteen and caffeine. It sucked.
