    Lodi

Looks like lodie webside is not working... Is the DZ still open?Do they do many loads during the day?(15 $jumps?) Where is it in California?Do they have accommodation??
  2. I should be going down there in january after the xmas boogie in Eloy... Is there something going on by that time?
  3. Such a pitty you are not coming to Eloy; would have been nice to do some jumps with you! I never have been at the farm but know people there and looks like it s very nice...should change you from Spa anyway!!!
  4. Well, I have a long experience with the appartments in Empuria.. You must know that is freezing in that time of the year...You better bring warm clothes.. Witch one did you choose?
  5. Hi, I spent many years living in Empuria and they have a great boogie and great parties but I must tell you that we had less people the last 2 years...and also had a lot of wind wich means not many jumps... I am now at Eloy and it sounds it s gonna be much bigger here; the jumps will be also be for only 16$ for the xmas boogie... For my point of view, if you have time it will be worth it to travel to Arizona!!!
  6. Hi, I am not from Uk,.....I ll be there!!!! You ll meet a lot of people from all over the world, it is gonna be great!!
  7. Heheheh......sounds good! Allready in Eloy having some nice jumps... See you then!
  8. If you go to Spain , thats for sure, you must stop at Empuria (train from BCN -Figueres 1h45 then 15min bus to Empuria). The Dz is great but the town is very nice, also geart for night life!I would recommend you to rent as travelling with you rigg is a pain..when you know you can rent all for 15€ per jump.... If you are in the south of Spain and have an other day you should go to Granada, it is simply beautifull! I think you should not miss Pragua neither!! A good way (sometimes slow) as it is cheap is call Eurolines.com kind of Europeen greyhound..but without all the negative points of Greyhound like buses late, straneges people....It is very safe... I know there was a forum about 2 months ago about the same , should have a look!
  9. Ok Regan....Send the summer to Belgium...I'll send you the winter!! Well if you prefer rain than tramuntana!!
  10. yes it s true, it is hard to find out where is the best I guess it also depends what you like....In my case I think a good mix of nice jumps and good parties is the best....Thats why I used to spend that time of the year in Empuria as it was allways a good occasion to see old friends and having great time and enjoying sunshine...and tramuntrana!! But well this year I wanna see something else and wanna make sure I ll get to the right place... Well, next week I ll be at Perris and Eloy... Then back to US for the chicks boogie at Elsinore and then maybe Venezuela as the jumps are for 13$!!! and then Z.Hills for xmas I guess....
  11. Sounds good!! Happz to hear that... Anyway...as long as you are there, we are sure about having fun and a good quality show like last xmas.....
  12. I couldnt find info like jump prices....on the webside.. Did someone jumped there lattely and could confirm us the price is 13$ per jump?
  13. Three of us are gonna be in Perris /Eloy from august the 20th... Who else is gonna be there?
  14. Dont know...few more bars opened in town but it is not the same..... What about Deland or Sebastian for xmas?
  15. I was at Perris a few months ago but finally decided to jump at Elsinore for that reason ... I dont know if they still doing that system but I think they do....Contact Giles at the shop for more details!
  16. Sold......almost a crime..
  17. Petit Nico, I know still summer(actually today it looks more like winter in Spa..)..but it is time to plane winter if I want to make it somewhere else than Europe.... Well, I love Empuria but how can we do a boogie without surf inn anymore...?
  18. Well... Time to plan winter trips... Witch place would you recommend to spend xmas/new year?People, jumps , good vibe (and partý )?
  19. Well, I am belgian but they all say I am different.....does that save me? Have been living several years abroad and beeing working this summer in a belgian DZ is quiet an interesting experience for me too!!
  20. Well, They offer you 2 possibilities at Perris: something around 65$/ day or half price if you only do one jump...(you can choose the container and canopy but must connect them yourself or giving a few dollars to packers to do it, some are nice and will do it for free) This deal can be good if you do a certain amount of jumps. Personnaly, I think Elsinore shop is offering the best deal witch is 32 $ per half day ( 09.00 am -01.00pm or 01.00pm-sunset);I think you´ll have plenty of time to do a few jumps from 01.00 till sunset for much cheaper! Elsinore is next to Perris and is a great DZ where to jump, it is very friendly... The shop offers you less choise for rental gear but Giles is super nice and will take time to make you triying all the containers to find the best fitting you!
  21. Yes, I finally bought a cypress...and from now I am free to go to jump anywhere! (Just will need to do the visa paper work on time and LETS GO TO RUSSIA!!).I have heart so many good thinks about it, I cant miss it next year! The prices in Belgium are very low... At Spa the prices are 18E ; per jump if you buy a 25 j block! The prices are also going till 17E ; in some other DZ in Belgium.... It is also open 7 days a week,....the only bad point is we have belgium weather!!!
  22. Thanks for the PM.. The prices are allready higher this year than the last one....but it is everywhere the same! I really wanted to go but have been working.... I bought a cypress especially for that trip, then I allready know Ill have to go next year!
