  1. I always thought being afraid of death and not wanting to die is what drove safety. So every S&TA should not be jumping because they are afraid of dying in the sport? "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  2. fuck dying with a smile on my face. I wanna go mid orgasm, and it's more of a face "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  3. One of my best friends in high school had plans to kill everyone at school. I checked out his drawing cause he likes to draw alot and said it was really cool. Would've worked a treat. 8 ampho bombs in different bags and in planter boxes around the edges of the hall during an assembly, outsides lined with 2 layers of ball bearings and a layer of nails. And then an AK47 with a 200 round box mag to clean up survivors. AK's arent hard to get in South Africa. All this at the tender age of 13. He didn't have any plans to carry it out but he told one kid he was going kill him and everyone, and this kid went to the principle. End school career in that state. I left the country that same year and when I saw him 4 years later he was truly nuts. Even his friends admit to having beaten him unconscious numerous times when he's been drunk cause he's out of control. Nearly got me killed twice. In 4 days. Still love the nutter, just need to keep him away from money and brandy. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  4. lol...true. My back is going to be so messed up by the time I stop rowing that I'm hoping they can stick in an all titanium one by then. running for medals is completely different to running for fitness and health. Marathon distances will probably ensure you require a knee replacement in old age. Like squash and hip replacements. Road running is pretty bad for you in large doses. 5. I think losing 15 pounds of dead weight improved your times. Perhaps these programs are designed to burn fat, but either way, more muscle doesnt add up. There is a massive difference between 10k runners and marathoners... I train at a government funded state institue of sport and I have never seen a marathon runner in the gym. In 3 years... All the athletes that train there are world class. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  6. I agree partly. More muscle is beneficial over shorter distances but when approaching marathon distances it is extremely counter productive to do low rep strength training. I'm good friends with the son of a marathoner and climber who summited everest, and he did no weights. And 2:32 for a marathon when your 45 isn't bad running. Also still holds the vet record and overall third place in a mt everest marathon. All without weights. Also have a book by Australia's most famous, though now retired marathon runner, also never touched any weights. And 5km training and running is not long distance. I was captain of school cross country team and our race distance was 5km. More speed work than overall fitness. And every kilo I put on slowed me down by about 15-30 seconds... edited cause laptop keyboard is a dud and to add.... "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  7. I tried to take pictures last time it was really bad. I also do the undersides of my arms and thighs. I'm not fat at all, just chafe for some reason... But for a more disturbing image, I have gotten to the stage once where I was putting crushed ice into the butt crack. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  8. I had 198 HR for the last 5 miles of ten mile run. Though we run about 30 miles a week as part of our training for rowing, I'm not particularly running fit. At 200 pounds running is a hell of alot harder han it was when I was 175. Best thing I can reccomend if want to run fast is lose weight. And do absolutely no strength training, you dont need to be putting on any muscle. And you can push so much harder with someone next to you... Especially if you hate them and want to beat them
  9. My brother and sister are home on school holidays and are ruining my porn addiction. In light of this I have taken to adding friends to my MSN, as vague as their link to me may be, and masquerading porno as pictures of myself. Saying "hey, check out this pic of me." That and playing the original version of pong. Possibly the worlds greatest game next to super mario. fuck yeah. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  10. well im happy resanding it, but just to make sure that it stops the rust? Thanks for all the help. Im off to bed. I'll PM tomorrow. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  11. what should I cover areas I've repaired with if I want to drive the car around? I was under the impression I could drive around with a coat or regular primer over some etch primer? "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  12. There is a book by a stand-over man called Chopper who has a hilarious take on martial arts. I'll dig it up tomorrow. Though these are just my humble outside-of-a-pub observations. I prefer running. Im ugly enough without cracking a cheekbone or jaw. edited for spelling that makes me sound russian and in mother Joburg we'd just pull out the .45 "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  13. well there is definately filler . alot in the roof but it looks good and isn't bubbling on the roof. But there are numerous spots where the paint is bubbling and some rust showing. Id sand it back and lightly spray sections as theyre sanded back to stop rust. I have etching primer for this. Though I expect the paint shop will want to sand that back. It will be in primer for a few months though. I decided bare metal because it really needs a thorough going over. Its a 1974 Celica and they aren't the best for resisting rust. And its not worth me selling it, so I'd rather keep it and slowly build it up. new panels arent really an option because of age. But I have a few off donor cars and am busy sourcing doors now. thanks for the info about the roof. I had no idea it needed to be braced. There are sections of sill and small areas that I will weld myself but might leave larger sections to the panel beaters then. and any take on electrode rust prevention systems? do they work? 14. haha..using your legs. great way to fight if you enjoy getting stomped. Except for a swift boot to the balls. I personally would have preferred the defender to use more knees, maybe the running boot to the head while the guys down. Perhaps a spot of eye gouging or a punch in the throat. Hands are fragile. Moisturise well. As for golden glove boxers, thats why I can run. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  15. coated dacron? Did you do this yourself or is it the way they're made? I only know there are two types, one rater for more load than the other. Also how much did dacron increase your main packing volume? Is a one size increase a good approximation? "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  16. Howdy all Anybody have experience with panel beating? Im looking at a bare metal job on my car which I fear contains a shitload of bog (body filler) I have some panels in the garage that im in the process of sanding back and priming. Both doors, bonnnet and front right panel to be replaced. Not to mention a new dash and re-trim of the interior. And im looking at getting a new roof and the section in front of the top door hinge is looking a bit rusty... In light of all this I plan to strip it back and then take it to the panel beaters in primer with the new panels. Should I take it to them or is welding on new panels something within my reach? Im not great on a mig welder but can get by. If I supply replacement panels which are free of rust, would this be cheaper than letting them repair current dodgy one? Lastly, anoyone have their old car resprayed a couple years ago? WHats it look like now? Any rust spots returning? understandable if I get no replies "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  17. Thanks billvon. I didn't take into account the buliker lines, so any reduction in reinforcement tape is more than made up for by the lines. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  18. Reading through previous posts a few people noted that an increase in the number of reserves blowing up coincided with people loading them above 1. Would this also be the result of using microline over dacron? Also, would less reinforcing be required to have the same failure point if you used dacron line instead of spectra? For example, would the same design would be able to withstand greater shock loading (like premature head down) with dacron lines? "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. 19. the google ad at the top of the page was for OBITUARIES 1970-present day. Thats priceless. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  20. hahahha. thats classic. I'd be claming it if I ever filled up a toilet. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E

    Ethical?

I am ashamed... Though I had rowing worlds... And since return been saving for a rig. Getting there pretty slowly. But I've got a container paid for, should have reserve by end of next week. Not bad in the nearly 2 months I've been back. Will be down soon. girlfriend wants to do AFF. So I have to jump. Cant hang around while she jumps and I don't... I think I'd cry if i didn't. Ethical?

Is it moral to encourage your girlfriend to 'work' instructors for free jumps? "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
  23. why bother paying for chiro and physio. unless it's major and doctor worthy, don't bother. they can massage/loosen the muscle and tell you to rest it. Whoop dee doo. I honestly believe that 30 minutes of rubbing your back once a month is a waste of money. The therapy is not intensive or frequent enough to have a major impact. Swimming and lots of stretching are your friend. If it's painful in a few days go to a doc. After having seen half a dozen physio's for a few times a week for 3 months... Im happy to say they did nothing for me that I couldn't have done myself. If it wasn't free I wouldn't have gone along. Perhaps not for shoulder injuries, but for backs I know lots of people who swear by yoga and swimming. "In one way or the other, I'm a bad brother. Word to the motherf**ker." Eazy-E
