Don't agree with this one. Should go more like this: Scenario: Johnny falls while running during recess and scrapes his knee. He is found crying by his teacher, Mary. Mary, hugs him to comfort him. 1973 - In a short time Johnny feels better and goes on playing. 2006 - Mary goes on to have an affair with little Johnny. Cops find out and arrest her. She is not convicted of child rape since being with the hot teach is cool. Tabloids eat the story up and she becomes famous. A few years later Johnny turns 18 and they marry. With the money they recieved from the tabloids and talk shows they drive away in there Ferrari and live happily ever after in there Hollywood Mansion. 1 year later a movie is made about there love story which further improves there wealth. -Or- Scenario: Mary falls while running during recess and scrapes her knee. She is found crying by her teacher, John. John, hugs her to comfort her. 1973 - In a short time Mary feels better and goes on playing. 2006 - Cops find out and arrest John. John is blasted by the media as a child predator. His face shows up on the front cover of every paper in the country. His marriage is ruined, his relationship with his kids is destroyed. He is called sick, a child rapist, mentally ill. The court convicts him and sends him away for 10 years. Once released from jail he is on all the child predator list in the country. I think it's somewhat ridiculous how everyone is starving for nurses yet it's so tough to get into schools. My friend was one of the lucky students out of 500 to get 1 of the 25 spots at Stony Brook's Nursing School. The only good thing is the job security. Right now to me the Wii looks to gimmicky. The motion controller seems like a fun idea but how it will take off is yet to be seen. Nintendo has put out a ton of gimmicky controllers for all there systems (the gun, the hand mit, etc) and while they look cool they never really took off. I like how Sony did there motion controller. I know that when I am really into a game you can count on me turning the controller when I want to turn etc... and now there motion control takes that into account. Seems like it will go real well with exsisting gamers. What makes PC gaming so great (awesome graphics) also is it's downfall. Right now the hardware war is insane. In the past few years Nvidia and ATI have released so many versions of there video cards that consumers are afraid to buy since next month better stuff will be out. With consoles you never have to worry about the next new game not playing on your system. *Nerd alert* Before I started skydiving I as big into computer gaming. I played Unreal Tournament and Day of Defeat 2 competitively on a team. I posted this in the thread in the events & places and figure I would post it here too. I finished my short video about the Freeflight Festival and have posted it on my myspace page (located in my sig). Unfortunately skydivingmovies.com is not taking any uploads so I had to do it on youtube so please bear with the quality of the video for now. It's a short movie with the camera on from leaving the apartment till flying home. The skydiving footage won't win any gold medals but it wasn't bad considering most of the people have around 100 jumps.
