    Yeah it's a 1st...No I'm not buying beer~

Include WHAT beer. Left to his own devices (pun intended) he'll get Old Milwaukee. People actually buy that for something OTHER than SCR ceremonies? Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706

  5. Definitely Newegg. If you're looking to build a basic computer, it's hard to beat the big names. If you have specific requirements like a super-duper gaming video card, you *might* match their price after upgrade...or might not. I prefer being able to get the parts *I* want to put in the computer, and not have to strip out all the pre-installed crap that the vendors put on it. Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. Is there anything fake B(.)(.)BIES won't do!

You know, I'm pretty sure Google can help you out there. In fact those very three words will probably work pretty well . What part of I'm lazy don't you get? God! Nah i think if you ask me for simple looks a nice set of aftermarket C's look way better than a natural set of C's on a woman. Gravity seems to hate real titties and loves fake ones! Natural suspended curves look SO much better than two halves of a cantaloupe stapled to someone's chest. Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706

    We bought a travel trailer!

Towing capacity of the LT is 8900 lbs, the trailer weighs 6280, so you're ok there. If the truck doesn't have oil/tranny coolers, put them on - still, recommend running with dry tanks and filling up the water when you get to your destination. Get a class IV hitch and a good weight equalizing hitch to match - recommend *against* friction sway control, go with a cam system. Do a good hitch setup and keep the speed down - the trailer tires are probably only rated to 55mph. Stop every couple hours and check for hot spots on the tires. Get a *HEAVY* duty extension cord for hooking up to power, and get a power saver that will tell you if the camp power is ok. Also, get an upgraded sewer dump hose - the ones that come with are usually pretty flimsy. Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706

I smoked half my life now....

The answer is....it depends. Excessive heat is what kills the atomizers. I usually get at least 2-3 months out of one. Keep it wet while you use it and give it time to cool off a bit between drags (2-3 drags a minute) and they'll last longer. This also gives time for the liquid to migrate down to the atomizer coil between drags so you don't get a 'burnt' taste. As for batteries...again, it depends. The batteries are small (usually 300-600 mAh capacity) and you're usually hitting it around 1amp, so 1 battery won't last through the day except for the very lightest smokers. The solutions to that are to carry extra batteries, carry a charging case so that you can one battery 'topped off' while you use the other one, or build a higher capacity battery pack. As for cost...again, it depends. You should be able to get a starter kit (2 atomizers, 2 batteries, battery charger and 5 prefilled cartridges) for $50 US or so. Add a couple of extra atomizers and some liquid to refill the cartridges and you're good to go for at least a couple weeks before you need to get more liquid. Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. I smoked half my life now....

I tried that too, and it actually worked great! You'll probably stay addicted to nicotine, but while it's not exactly healthy, the health hazards from smoking are only for a small part due to nicotine. Unfortunately, the things break down rather quickly in my experience.... I built my own battery pack, so my only real expenses are the atomizers and nicotine liquid. Atomizers last me several months at about $5 each, and liquid is $20 for over a month's supply....heck of a lot better than $45/week for cigs! Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706

I smoked half my life now....

I smoked 1.5 - 2 packs a day for 30 years. On a whim, I picked up one of those smokeless cigs. I haven't had a "real" cigarette in over 2 years. Good luck! Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706

Texas to Issue Veteran Driver's Licenses

Like what? Ever read Starship Troopers? In it, Heinlein creates a society where only those that have served in the military have rights. While that's an extreme and clearly fictional example, lets say we went down the road a few years and some crooked election official or voter registration clerk decided he was going to "lose" any registration from say, every 10th person that didn't have the Vet stamp on their licenses or even vice versa in an effort to subtly influence an election. I dunno, maybe that's a bad example, I can't think of something better right now. I'm tired and it's late. That said, if I was wide awake or if I was a more devious person, I might be able to think of something way more evil. I'm just thinking it probably shouldn't be coupled to the most basic form of ID used. That somehow, someway, somebody is going to use it for some nefarious purpose. Heinlein, I felt, made it more than just military service, but defining a difference between a civilian and a citizen. Yes, citizenship was only achieved through one's service in the military. The link wasn't arbitrary though. What I liked about that book was how so much of what was being talked about then (1950s) is still the same issue today (and the perception of the breakdown of society in general). Now, to the nefarious purposes, I think there is some genuine concern for states (like California) that have veteran courts. As a vet, I kind of like the idea, but am concerned that it opens itself to abuse in some way. As I recall, it was military OR civil service. Been a few years since I read it last, though. Truck fans? Towing? RV's???

This. Get the CTD, put a pyrometer on it *after* the turbo and keep your EGTs low as much as possible. Keep the towed weight under about 7-8k and your truck will have a long, happy life. Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706
