I've been to N.D. Wyoming, Utah, Pennsylvainia, Wa, West Va, California, NM, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, Oklahoma, well you get the idea. I know. the status of all of these things but cannot discuss the situation b/c of confidential statements that are in place. I will say me, I got my wells drilled on time and on curve under AFE (Allowable Fixed Expenditures) I never ever had a pollution incident, and I have never had an LTA. My guys would follow me any where b/c they know I'm not going to be pulling any ignorant BS or dangerous activities that will put anyone in harms way. I'ge been asked time & time again to do illegal things concerning the well we're drilling at the time. I don't need to be fired so I just tell them "I'm not going to do it" that really gets their goat. But there's certain things that you can get "sent up the river" and I'm not going to ask the Rig Manager's or the drill crews to do anything illegal. I could do time for that and I'm not going to the joint for nobody. I'm too old to be some bodies girl friend. I've been canned for being insubordinate before. Better that than go to the joint. I know you must know this, but there are chemical plants all along the river, they dump their waste in this river. The only time we oil field ppl get any press, it's bad. Let's say this scenario is the deal, where is the debris field? There's no way it wouldn't be found if they can find a debris field. I'm surmising they know where it is, they're just stalling until they can rallye the troops and plan their strategy. There's a lot of places to land in the area where the flight was located. And who knows, it could've crashed in the south china sea, they recorded a 2.7 on the richter scale in China and that's where the data from China could be misleading. I think Malaysia knows where it is and is stalling so's not to create civil unrest. Man don't you know those people would be madder than you know what if this is the dealeo. This whole affair stinks to high heaven to say the least. Do you owe them any $$$? If not, tell your rigger if he does not release your gear upon your written request or immediately or you'll report it stolen. The rigger is in theory stealing it. Have you seen the rig, do you know if he still has it or not? Drag him behind the hanger and beat the tar out of him! J/K

First time I'm seeing that report. What they know is someone disabled the transponder. Well it could be the pilots were in on it. I can't imagine anyone breaching the cock pit. What w/ the door locked, and maintaining a "sterile cock pit" Surely they did all of that, OR NOT! Who knows? They just might find it crashed in the Indian ocean or the south china sea yet.
