  1. Congratulations Felix! We watched it on youtube with our one year son, who was clapping his hands all the time for you! Greetings from The Netherlands
  2. Spa is very nice, but since you're in Amsterdam... the nearest big dropzones to Amsterdam are Texel and Teuge. The island Texel is really nice; a rather small island with old villages. And lots of good places to eat! Skydive Texel is open during weekdays from april until october and has the best scenery for skydiving. Teuge is a small town close to Apeldoorn and has the largest dropzone of the Netherlands. "Nationaal Paracentrum Teuge" has two Cessna 208b airplanes and is open during weekdays from april until october. Have fun, wherever you go!
  3. We were there during our honeymoon; it was very nice! Some pictures and a video are on my website. We would love to go there again!!!
  4. We made a small Florida DZ tour this summer: Zhills, Sebastian, Titusville and Deland. At Skydive Space Center (=Titusville) we jumped from 15.000 and 18.000 ft! Like AndyU said, we called first.
  5. Obviously, a parachute with yellow colored ribs does not work, as can be seen in "reserve1.jpg"
  6. 143,774 + 1,710 = 145,484 240 + 0 = 240 145,484/240 = 606.18
  7. Are you perhaps using a Memory Stick that uses "MagicGate" technology? I read in the handbook (page 104) that the CX100/CX105 cannot record on such a medium.
  8. Is somebody already using this camera helmet and willing to share hers/his opinion and maybe some pictures of the helmet with a video camera on top? Thanks
  9. It's a very nice place to jump with the ocean on one side and the green Hawaiian mountains on the other. The PAC750 took us to 14000 feet everytime in no time. To bad they stop jumping when they are out of tandems. We had a wonderful time there.
  10. Congratulations and what a good choice for your honeymoon. We just returned from our honeymoon on Hawaii and ofcourse made some jumps on Oahu. At Skydive Hawaii they would not let my wife jump with 125 jumps, but at Pacific Skydiving it wasn't any problem (note: there was no wind at all when we were there). To bad they stop jumping when they are out of tandems. We had a wonderful time there: check it out.
