i'm working towards that goal too. I have my friggin house (although it has went up 150k in value in the last two years), car, bike, and one credit card left with about $7500 yet. It will be all over soon. hopefully i can knock out this last one in the next two months. "GOT LEAD?"

I wrote two checks today totalling $9761.71. And one of those checks paid off one of my two credit cards! I cut the fucker up and placed it in a martini glass, celebrating my freedom from the some-bitch. now the other $5k went to the other one.....about $7500 to go on that one and I get to add to the glass. I cant wait for my bill to arrive next month so I can make another major dent in that one too. i was funny I got my bill for the one yesterday along with 3 other "letters" from them wanting to raise my limit and offer "benefits" for being a good customer. I see your after SPL but consider this. I did a install on a truck just like yours. We used the MTX Thunderform which was load with 10's. i used a Punch 200 DSM and i absolutley shit my pants on how good it sounded. It wasn't necessarly SPL, but the sound quality friggin amazed me....nice and tight and very accurate. Since then I am 100% sold on the better MTX subs. I don't want to make up your mind but I will say sound quality is much more difficult to obtain than pure SPL. By the way the install i did consisted of the sub and amp mentioned, as well as a Punch4080DSM running on the factory speakers, along with an Alpine7618 and 6 disc changer. It was very simple, but i will to this day say it could have competed in the Novice class of USAC or IASCA and would have at least placed. I know this is all old school equipment, but then again I have been around since Maddisound SledgeHammers and Punch 45/75/150 Power 300/650/1000. Definately check out the Thunderforms, they take up 0 cab space and sound fantastic (with decent power) "GOT LEAD?"
