  1. Ok...here's what I got. Top mount in a box Steadyshot - Off Shutter @ 60 I/O ports Taped shut...NO Flutter in a sit Take the tape off (even in a box)...Flutter like a Biotch I like my CamEye...Maybe not enough to dump the camera. Are we sure the HC5 has no problems? Is this something you have tried and what were your results? 2. Damnit! You guys are scaring the crap out of me. I have my brand new HC7 (upgrade from PC1000) in it's new box with the reworked helmet. I'll be jumping the hell out of it this weekend, in lot's of body positions. I'll give an update how it works for me.... Damn! 3. You missed the point . I wouldn't use the knowledge because I'm not a thief. The point was that if you think that NOT using the internet to do business will keep your information safe, your fooling yourself. Of course we try to keep our disclosure to a minimum, but if you believe handing your credit card to a clerk is safer then making an online purchase, your mistaken. It seems that with a system like the one described, you're increasing your security, not decreasing it. The only way you can realistically protect yourself is to diligently watch your bank account for anomalous charges...to do that you have to do it online Faith in a holy cause is to a considerable extent a substitute for lost faith in ourselves. -Eric Hoffer - Check out these Videos

  6. And if your foolish enough to use a credit card EVER ANYWHERE, I can get your information from a pay phone. If you use a cell phone and give it out, anyone with an internet connection can find you if your in range of two towers. Sorry brother I had to laugh when you threw out the law enforcement thing as cred...I had the surreal experience of explaining to a tech crime detective what phone phreaking is. I like the idea and would use it. Faith in a holy cause is to a considerable extent a substitute for lost faith in ourselves. -Eric Hoffer - Check out these Videos

  10. Don't bother. When I had him, he was kinda loose and wouldn't stop crying. It was annoying enough to cancel out the otherwise decent head he gave. Blues, Dave Hey! Dude just PM'd me!!! 14. I just started jumping an RDS and I gotta tell you, it is the shit! I don't know if it's a hot idea at 115 skydives....but then again I can't think of a reason why not. I tried every method of locking my slider down none of them come close to how open it feels with the slider off. I didn't realize how much I wasn't seeing. I leave my dbag and pc on the canopy and it takes no more then 60 seconds more to pack it. I didn't get it for swooping...ok thats a lie, I should have said I don't have the skills to need it for swooping I got to tell you, I'll never go back! PEACE! 18. I took Brians class a few years ago. He taught me that move and I shit you not it has saved me from my own stupidity twice...and from someone elses once. I probably had 300 skydives and was starting to swoop, Brian suggested that I learn how to get out of a bad situation before I worried about getting a good swoop. I wont say he saved my life, he may have, at the very least he saved me a lot of pain. The way he explained it was to aggressively hit one toggle about 6 to 8 inches while in a turn. This will roll the canopy, when you get to about 90' from where you started, hit both toggles another 6 inches or so. You need to keep the same asymmetry in the toggles from the first hit in the second....does that make sense? What it does is puts you into a very, very flat carving turn. You then need to bring the canopy back over your head. Think of puting you fingertips on the horizon and keep them there while you flare. DO NOT TRY THIS CLOSE TO THE GROUND!!! Practice the move up high...a lot. The canopy needs to be enrgized for it to work well. Flat turns are better for you right now, most likely. 21. I have a 52" DPI that I run through the RBG Input. I also have run it through a digital component(3 wire) with good results. I haven't been happy with the S-video (blurry). 25. Cliff was a fucking asshole. I don’t mean an asshole that would screw you over, or wouldn’t do the things he said he was going to do. He was an asshole that would tell you what he thought about your point of view. Usually he would take a particular side of an argument, just because you held the opposing view. We used to argue about what was more important, the east coast or west coast punk rock scene. As if there was any question? He was always good for politics, which is a challenge with someone as smart as Cliff, who could usually give a historical precedence for his point of view, even if it was horseshit. We used to argue the same side of an argument just for the debate. I remember Cliff explaining his take on God and his fans, this isn’t a quote but it’s the essence of what he said: Morality through fear of God isn’t moral it’s terrorism. To be moral out of fear for your self is inherently egocentric, which of course is the opposite of morality. I came by my morality through compassion, through educating myself and trying to understand others. Morality can only come from enlightenment. I agreed so he immediately told me I was wrong and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Lastly…the west coast punk scene was much better then the east coast! I got the last word fucker! ……. Damn I’m going to miss you. Fuck… Faith in a holy cause is to a considerable extent a substitute for lost faith in ourselves. -Eric Hoffer - Check out these Videos
