notsane 0 #151 March 25, 2006 For those of you haven't seen the skydive city website, there will be night jumps for the sober Saturday night and a high-altitude load at 8AM Sunday morning. This is normally 2 jump tickets. There's no end to the fun! Scott

DaMan 0 #155 March 27, 2006 Quote... So I suggest that when you get here, sign in with both manifest and Kathy (who'll have a tent near the covered hang-out area). Purchase 16 tickets from manifest (these tickets are refundable). Get 10 regular tickets and 6 hi-altitude tickets; 5 for Friday, 6 for Saturday and 5 for Sunday. Hand Kathy your 6 hi-altitude tickets ... this will put you on the list for Saturday's jumps and smooth out our ticket issues. Please, please if you want to jump on the big-ways, commit to all 6. Having people get on and off screws up things like you wouldn't believe. ... Scott I spoke with Eric (helicopter pilot) yesterday about best times to be onsite (and not screw up the big way loads). He's planning on being there Friday (or Sunday if the weather looks bad for Friday...). I think they will be selling helicopter tickets in advance, but the details are still fuzzy - check with manifest a couple of days before the weekend if you intend to jump the helicopter as slots go quickly.Z-Flock 8 Discotec Rodriguez Too bad weapons grade stupidity doesn't lead to sterility. Of course there is some paperwork to go through ... make sure you have your logbook and USPA (or other) membership card. Save yourself LOTS of grief and make sure your reserve will be in date for the entire event. I can't wait! Scott For anyone who hasn't already jumped at Z-hills... Complete the waiver online (paperwork for the DZ) from the Skydive City website here and save yourself some time once you arrive. DaMan 0 #160 March 31, 2006 More details on the helicopter: Tickets are on sale NOW if you previously jumped at Z-hills (and are in the computer) - Otherwise you will need to purchase them at check-in. Purchasing them at $46 (same as last time he was there) gets your name on the load sheet and the money remains on on account until ticket is issued. Call manifest to purchase as many as you think you want for Friday (if enough are sold or weather on Friday is bad he may come back for loads Sunday) - ticket is refundable if weather shuts down both days. This will be listed in the Events forum by tomorrow, but as it's a wingsuit event, it's only fair we get first shot, right?
