yoink 321 #1 October 12, 2004 Just saw an ad for the new Access wingsuit - has anybody tried one yet? Are they even available? If so, what are your initial impressions? Ta
piisfish 135 #2 October 12, 2004 try this thread Fido seems to be the one with most knowledge in this case. I seen it in Vichy and Lapalisse this summer but didn't try it. Seems nice though.scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
pbla4024 0 #3 October 12, 2004 I made one one jump in Access and one 2-way (my S3 & Loic with Access). Here is profile from Neptune. Position is strange, you must keep wide angle between body and legs and hold arm wing all the time. Designer told me his minimal vertical speed is below 100 km/h. ManBird 0 #4 October 12, 2004 QuoteDesigner told me his minimal vertical speed is below 100 km/h. Hell, I bet he could do that in swim trunks. Edit: COme to think of it, this is what I was getting in the PF tracking suit -- without wings! "¯"`-._.-¯) ManBird (¯-._.-´"¯" Click

spoons 0 #6 October 12, 2005 I was wondering if anyone else had experience of an access suit? Is it any good?
 P-dro 0 #7 October 12, 2005 Yes, I did 7 jumps with an access (since with 180 jumps it's the only thing I am authorized to jump). It's fun, but the position is indeed a bit strange... Most probably, I won't buy an Access. I will try to try a Prodigy or wait to have more jumps and buy a Phantom or Firebird... Once you have understood the right body position, it flies well, even on your back. I believe it's a good choice, if you do not have enough jumps to fly an s-fly expert.
