What is your favorite exit with a tandem student?

Recommended Posts

sounds like maybe you had a tandem instructor that didn't really care about your safety. just looking for some fun for himself. like all those guys a couple of years ago that were putting their passengers at risk by going head down. evidently you have never seen any of the 'side spin' videos - or videos of things that can go terribly wrong very quickly.

ask for a safe, stable exit and enjoy the sensation of that!

Dave, wearing socks with Teva's? Shame on you.

If the OP is wanting to progress towards AFF tumbling or flipping exits do nothing to help train you for AFF. Instructors should be able to trin you during your working tandem on how to exit and have a lot of those skills transfer directly to AFF exits.

Yeaaaahhhh.... me too. Face forward, Get'em thinking about the arch before you even leave the plane, and keep it into the wind.

I used to tumble 'em out, hooting and hollering all the way...

... it's amazing how one TEENY TINY sidespin can change your opinion on exit technique.
