Unfortunately I just got back home but I'm sure I will see a lot of you again on one of the dropzones across Europe. mccordia 73 #38 January 2, 2006 I've just gotten back home too (jumping into my bed now with the already famous bunk-house-flue) Made 44 jumps at the boogie (in 8 days) and had an awesome time. Learned to go headdown with the babylon peeps and Darren's help, did some cool wingsuit flights and flew with a bunch of cool people. There isnt one jump or one evening where I would have wanted to be anywhere else...Watching Tim Porter carve around every type op jump possible..tracking, atmo, bigway RW jumps...it was damn cool...and during the week got warmer and warmer..I had a blast! Darren made a great video which he will hopefully upload when he's at home (and feeling a bit better also), and I've also got some nice wingsuitstuff from the boogie that I'll try and post asap. Everyone at the boogie....It was amazing....I'm also forgetting a ton of names..but Sarah..It was great slaloming back from the Kiwi with you! Always! Darren...you rock...jumping together was fun, fun, fun....Dave and buddies (sorry..I'm bad with names)...you guys are nasty, and great drinkers too...thanx for the ant-farm..that was awesome..Lee...you should be doing stand-up comedy..and jumping with you...either wingsuit or goggle-less-freeflying is always good! And thanx a million for that ride to the airport! Saskia and David..thanx for the cool photo's..didnt have any good ones yet, and you both gave me more then I could have ever asked for...you rock! And I could just go on and on about the boogie...had such a great time..I met so many people that made a big impression on me..some more then others Cant wait to get back there and continue the party...who said skydivers cant dance...we totaly tore the place down on new years eve...(at least I did..a dozen or so drinks with my elbow) And Jeffrey made sure nobody ever looks at Santa/Xmas hats in the same way again..and Vicky..Happy Birthday again! Your party was awesome! Even though that santa guy at the door kept calling us hohoho's!! And jumping with Wolf from Babylon was amazing! and...and...and.... Big hug/cool handshake for everyone (depending on if you're a hot girl or a cool dude!) Good job I have 25 excuses to return in the next year thanx to the raffle Wow its a world apart done a couple small Boogies in the last year but nothing could have prepared me for how much I could have enjoyed myself/felt at home/not want to leave/seriously consider a change in jobs I'm a very little fish in a big big sky the realisation has hit quite hard that I gave to spread my wings if I want to get anywhere in the sport I felt a bit like the new kid at school and only really socialised with a small group that will have to change bring on the next year when i can get some decent experience and confidence in my own abilities to join in Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
