JohnRich 4 #2 September 25, 2005 Thank gosh. Thanks for the news, Bill. They've had a couple of years of bad luck going into this attempt, and I was worried. Woohoo! Old farts rock.
MB38 0 #3 September 25, 2005 Just got back from Perris, glad to have been able to witness the jump. Fantastic that they got it!!! I really don't know what I'm talking about.
ltdiver 3 #4 September 25, 2005 Yep, they got it! I'd say most of the POPS are having a ball at the bar right now, though. Well deserved. Good going, team! On to JFTC now.... :^) ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
MB38 0 #5 September 25, 2005 Think any of them will be sober enough to put the footage online tonight? The sight and sound of ~120 canopies opening simultaneously overhead is a really remarkable one.I really don't know what I'm talking about.

ltdiver 3 #7 September 26, 2005 Don Simonds and Craig O'Brien got great shots from on top and Norman Kent from underneath. As a cameraflyer -and- bigway jumper I get to admire the skill from -both- sides. P.S. Look for the photographs on Link to Don Simond's site and Norman's sites. Craig's will be listed on Don's site. The pictures will be up in a couple of days. Keep checking back. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

skylord 1 #11 September 26, 2005 All, I was privileged to be there for the attempt, and they were awesome! It was their next to last jump, and they then donated I think 110 slots to Jump for the Cure after that. Even watching from the ground, you could tell this was the best formation they had flown. Video was great. Congrats to all on the successful completion of this 110 way!
