jakee 1,255 #1 Posted December 15, 2023 Judge sentences Black child, 10, to three months of probation for peeing in public The fact that the arrest happened at all was so egregious it led to one cop being fired and another facing disciplinary measures... but prosecutors still forced a conviction by threatening the family with an upgraded charge that would leave the small child with a criminal record for peeing under his parent's car? What is it with the US Justice system's fixation on never backing down from any fight where their judgement or authority is challenged, no matter whether it serves the cause of justice or runs directly against it? David Wang 48 #5 December 15, 2023 bruh what. I really hope this is fake. What would have happened if they had taken it to trial? There's no way that a jury would find them guilty, right? He is 10 years old!!

There is a different set of rules for people with no money.
