brenthutch 374 #1 Posted August 15, 2022 (edited) https://www.foxweather.com/weather-news/hurricane-season-below-normal Didn’t Al Gore say hurricanes were to be more frequent? BTW, NPR breathlessly reported that this is the seventh year in a row that NOAA has predicted an above average hurricane season. Since they can’t report on the reality, they report on the guesses. You’re back! I was thinking Colonel Klink has tossed you back in the cooler. While it’s never too early to troll it is still a little early for hurricanes. But did you notice that early named storm that went through the ABC’s?

I really don’t get why folks call it trolling when I just share actual facts. Temperatures flatlining, coal use increasing, energy costs skyrocketing in countries and states pushing green energy, Green New Deal boondoggles, CO2 levels continuing to rise, lack of unprecedented natural disasters… all documented and referenced. I didn’t realize sharing inconvenient facts was tantamount trolling but now I am starting to figure that out. You're already world famous in denier and contrarian circles, maybe look for something that shows a bit of commonality with your fellow man to show you aren't a troll but just a big teddy bear. brenthutch 374 #14 September 1, 2022 For only the third time on record, there were NO tropical cyclones in the Atlantic basin in the month of August. Didn’t the ‘experts’ tell us that we would have more hurricanes?

Meanwhile, Europe’s wildfire season is unprecedented to the degree that it has burned half again as much as the previous record. Farm fires and wildfires in England have stretched the emergency services to breaking point. Seriously, England - famous for wonky teeth and rain in July. If the hurricane season is cast iron evidence of something then surely this is as well, right?
