The presentation basically uses statistics to show that black communities are overly violent and that they are the authors of their own misfortune. It's a common tactic, and contains elements of truth. But it only looks at one side and does nothing to delve into the causes. It denies that racial bias exists.

It's a prime example of Twain and Disraeli's "lies, damned lies, and statistics".
