I think this one will also get corrected, though it is harder than it should be to buy raw milk or juice even in San Francisco. Definitely got a big element of Big Agra involved. But while the milk producers can claim it's the same product, there's no comparison of Wisconsin block cheddar to La Tur or even a more plain D'Affinois.
