It will most likely be a repeat of the mid-90s, when the "Government" was just a collection of warlords, who spent most of their time fighting each other.

As in actually waging war against each other. Including shelling parts of Kabul.

Right now I'd say they're considering Iran, Syria, various parts of Africa from Mali to CAR to South Sudan et alia, and worrying about China. The problem for the US is not military victory. They can stomp almost any country in about two weeks. The problem is what to do with it after you beat up on the political and military structure.
