Where in the Constitution is that called out?

Maybe in every word of it .... was it not written in English (and only English)?

Doesn't make it the law but sets a precedent, or something maybe.

Well, let's see.

It was written in:

French (letters of "marque" - twice!)
Latin ("ex post facto")

So I guess the three languages of the US are French, Latin and English. I'm afraid I only speak two of them, and am thus not a very good citizen, although I'm actually learning a fair amount of latin lately through engineering terms. How about you?

That's why I asked the question...

No one cares about French:P and Latin is a dead language (from the school boy ode ......)

It's my understanding that's it's part of the citizenship requirements.

For the overwhelming number of Americans there are no requirements for citizenship; it is a birthright. "It is my understanding," sounds a lot like people saying what they think should be true often enough that it becomes "common knowledge," otherwise known as myth.
In UK the constitution is so steeped in tradition that "it has always been thus" is a good argument. In Canada we have an "Official Languages Act." I think the US should have an Official Language Amendment, but they currently do not.
