jfields 0 #28 December 5, 2003 Wingnut, Pogue isn't like asshat. It is more like being a REMF, if that tells you anything.

Tailgate 0 #30 December 5, 2003 Actually I would put Pogue a step below REMF. As far as basic goes, I don't think the AF drill Sgts even know how to say "Drop and Give me 20" anymore. Seriously though, congratulations and the best of luck. You will now be one of the "White sheet boys" _________________________________________________ Let me live in my house by the side of the road and be a friend to man- Sam Walter Foss

Cause a pogue has an easy MOS, where a REMF could be 11 series and have a REMF job....... like supply or armorer. :) btw- all Air Force people are pogues. Tailgate 0 #34 December 5, 2003 GOt my point of reference wrong. I was thinking of Army REMF. But in the total scheme of things, I'll go with you on that one. However I have met some Combat Controllers that I would exempt from the POGUE part. _________________________________________________ Let me live in my house by the side of the road and be a friend to man- Sam Walter Foss

KawiZX900 0 #43 December 5, 2003 Jeezus christ, I took a quick look at your avatar and thought I saw DivaSkyChick talking with a testosterone coktail from hell. That was really weird for a second there... Like those stolen credit card commercials where the person talking is not the voice of the person speaking... whoa.. Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. What's your point? I'm done with all of that shit. I just got home from work, have a nice cold beer, love the civilian life. Don't get me wrong, the only way I would ever go back in the military is if I were to pogue it out. Why go through all of the bullshit for the same pay?
