Ever wonder what would happen if you accidentally...

cut through your extension cord with your hedge trimmer?

There was a pop, smoke, and a little tiny fire. Lasted only a couple of seconds.

Of course, I will remember it FOREVER.

There were witnesses!!! A couple of my neighbors were marvelling over how nice my shrubs were looking.

Anyone ever do something this stupid?

I've almost vacuumed up the vacuum chord before on accident...:$

And I nearly set my kitchen on fire by burning up my toaster oven...make SURE you clean out the dang crumb tray on the bottom! Damn crumbs like to catch fire when there's enough of 'em! :$

Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.

That's not too bad. A friend of mine was having a bonfire, and was throwing random things into it, old bags and stuff in the garage, so on, so forth. Well, one of those old paper grocery bags had a bunch of fireworks in it... He had a roman candle hit him in the balls :D

We played "Great Balls Of Fire" around him as much as possible after that
cavete terrae.

...put in the reverse gear during full speed on the highway?

YES! What happens?

On a '56 Ford the rear-wheels lock and you begin some rather interesting divertions from your intended path, depending on how quick the driver is with spinning that big old steering wheel about.
