ladyskydiver 0 #4 September 18, 2005 Doesn't she do a great fire dance? Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile.
Chivo 0 #5 September 19, 2005 Yeah, the show is great, too bad for the people that missed it. Maybe the pics will encourage them to get their butts to AOT next year! ~Chivo
flyangel2 2 #6 September 19, 2005 The pictures don't even come close to how great a job Kim does.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. Chivo 0 #9 September 19, 2005 I tried to take a few photos with a longer exposure to have those long trails on the fire. The problem was that the she was dancing and moving non-stop so she always came out blurry on the photos. I have to experiment a little more with different camera settings to do a better job the next time. ~Chivo
mnealtx 0 #10 September 19, 2005 If you use a flash, you could try setting rear-curtain...it'd probably take some experimentation past that with shutter speeds to get the right effect...Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706

She has very few "stop motion" pics like the ones you took. Especially of her breathing fire. I noticed you didn't get a pic of the one fireball that I blew, i see where your priorities were. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.
Chivo 0 #12 September 19, 2005 As a skydiver you should know that if you want to be in the photo, you gotta jump in front of the camera . Hehehe! If you want the full res photos I can put them online and PM you the link. ~Chivo
gemini 0 #13 September 19, 2005 Got to see Amanduh's video of the fire dance this weekend at Spacey. Pretty impressive. Wonder how many little burns she gets? And why did the guy wave her off after they both ate fire? Blue skies, Jim
Amanduh 0 #14 September 19, 2005 QuoteAnd why did the guy wave her off after they both ate fire? I could make a really inappropriate comment towards Jeff & swallowing here..but I'll leave that for him to answer.
Brains 2 #15 September 19, 2005 Because i swallowed a considerable amount of lamp oil on the first go round and burned my throat a little. Didn't want to breathe any more fire with that much combustible in my system. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.
gemini 0 #16 September 19, 2005 You looked a little quesy on the video and that explains it! Glad it worked out ok. Blue skies, Jim
