I think she is pretty even if she is "overdone."
One thing is for sure, she WAS enchanting before she got all dramatic. It kinda ruined her whole allure.

I missed the show tonight....I turned it on just in time to learn who got punted...which I won't share but I'd like to hear what went on.

well the show is over now on the left coast so everyone should have had the opp to watch.
if you recorded it and havent watched, stop reading now.





Not alot happened tonight. Lukas, Dilana and storm were in the bottom 3.

Tommy gave up the "tommy hawk" to Jason who hacked away the fat.

Dilana sang a punk version of "I want you to want me." A song that has annoyed me since the first time I heard it. her version was "ehh" but I may have been baised.


Storm sang a ball-less version of "wish you were here." it seems very monotone to me. it made her cry b/c it was for her mom which I assume is not withher. So I cut her some slack.

but for some reason Jason looked emotional when she sang it, and that's all good. the songmay have meant something to him, but I wish he would have addressed that when he kicked Storm off the show.


Magni was boring. He sang the 3rd song of SN, Which I was unimpressed with.
the encore went to Toby "ohhh ooohh uhh ohhh uhh oooh" (sounds like he fell down the stairs when you read it.) it was ok but, its very "dated."


Lukas sang "head spin" again. I like the song and the emotion of it but I dont like that he sings it. It makes it creepy.

It's a song that I can see a bunch of 15-16 year olds saying "it's like he's singing about my life. He totaly understands me" in the way the were saying that abou tthe song "creep."


I kind of thought Jason was gonna send Dilana home. The playing field was definitely leveled, though. If she wins it won't be be a landslide like I once thought. I don't think the band was impressed with her song and the audience is not impressedwith her drama. it may be the best thing for her if she doesn't get chosen anyway. SN's music is as good as a morphine drip...I.E. Even if you like it, you won't remember it.

I'll add that I thought last year's candidates seemed much more talented than this group.

During last year's show, one girl sang "Imagine" and it gave me major goosebumps. (I can't remember her name though). Nobody this time around is giving me the goosebumps or really grabbing my attention.

Would any of us lay down our hard-earned bucks to see Supernova? I can't see them lasting past whatever tour dates they have booked. I don't think they would generate much interest if it weren't for this show. Would any of the remaining 4 interest you enough to buy a ticket to see them with SN?

Would I spend my money to see them? Which one might get me interested enough? Maybe Dilana...Lukas...fuck NOOOO!.....Magni - Reminds me too much of Sting after going solo..a tad pretentious.....Toby...Maybe.

I'dlisten to them if they were on the radio. and since I olny listen to Sirius satelite I Guess in a roundabout way I would pay to hear them LOL.



but they would have to REALLY put out soem good songs forme to give a shit about their concert/cd.

I have been Wildly unimpressed by the SN songs.
and the best song I have heard form them is the intro songand that is totally annoying me already.

What I think is funny is the audience reacted better to the "Storm backed by Gilby, Tommy, Jason and Dave Band". She called Super Storm Nova or some thing like that.

I thought Lukas should have gone adn then it would have been Toby in a tight race to the win.

My 10 year old daughter is the house vote here, if Toby wins we are going to see the band (her plan at least), if any others win, "can we get a dog?"

THis show is getting to be painful to watch. Brooke Burke is the only one on here worth a fuck. Dialane with the crutches, and hoping around...Please!!.. I watched it again b/c it was on at 8 and my fall shows haven't started yet. (I typically watch TV b/w 8 & 9 p.m.).

Toby got the encore performance; the whole "Oh. Oh." original song. I would have preferred to hear Storm's original again---but then I would have had to watch her crazy mannerisms and who wants that?

Storm DID perform though as well as Dilana and Lucas who were the bottom three. They all sucked, pardon my french. And I'm ashamed to say it took me almost the entire rest of the show to remember "Jane's Addiction". I kept saying "You know, Babe!!! Before they were 'Porno for Pyros' they were......." And he was clueless which made me . . So I resorted to charades. "It's two words...starts w/ the letter....F" (I don't know why I was thinking "F".) and he proceeded to annoy me more by guessing "Fog Hat" purposely.

But that's neither hear nor there...

I'm glad Storm went. I hope Lucas is next followed by a toss up b/w Toby & Dilana. That leaves Magni who will win b/c he's left. Though, if he wins he'll REALLY need to invest in some Crest White Strips.
