I worked every Christmas from 1969 til 2003. It's nice to have it off, and be able to kinda chill out and enjoy it.

i had to work today(christmas day) but it was pointless to take leave during the standdown at my command. Im only working 7 days out of 30

Technically I was off but being in Iraq it never really seems like it. Luckily yesterday was fairly queit in my neck of the woods. The assholes were at it again today though. I hope God has a special place reserved in hell for people that purposely blow up school kids.
