  1. I opened this thread thinking that some people wanted a European base set up in the states for...whatever reason, who knows. Then I read the thread. Do people actually think like this? Do they actually think it could be accomplished? Or is it just a thought that Bush haters speak about when they are all pissy? Was this person thinking of a Special ops sting on just Bush, and they superimpose whoever they think should lead? Do they think the US government would just let this happen without retaliating against whatever country decided to do this? Or do they think the European union should form all their militaries together and attack the states? I would seriously like to hear from anyone that actually thinks it could happen. I would like to hear what they think the consequences would be to whatever country decided to do this, and to world economics. Lets hope that the world doesn't come to this radical way of thinking. I don't know if anyone realizes this, but you are talking WW3 in this thread. You think the thousands of people suffering in a far off land is wrong and depressing, just imagine what you will think once your family is holed up in your house with little to no food, wondering when the next bombs will fall. Some of you may think I'm exagerating, but think about it. If another superpower where to attack your leader, no matter if you like him or not, would you accept this and just move on? What about if they attacked your sovergn land? I seriously doubt if anyone on this forum or any other would just accept another country attacking their government with a military hand. And one thing everyone should remember...every John and Jane Doe in this country has a right to own firearms and make themselves very well armed. This thread has opened my eyes to just how naive some people can be. If someone thinks this could seriously be pulled off without major consequences to the world...that person/people is gravely mistaken. It is one thing to say you don't agree with the current President, it is quite another to declare war on him (including the country with which he is charged)...and that is what is being proposed. 2. I'm lazy, and hate moving...I swear the next time I pcs, the Air Force is doing it for me. That being said, the partial is probably best way to go....uhaul's are damn expensive, especially if you have to fill up on some diesel (do you also have to pay mileage on the vehicle???). Good luck on getting out man, thank you for serving. "Though I Fly Through the Valley of Death, I Shall Fear No Evil...For I am at 80,000 Feet and Climbing." 3. Wow, lighten up.... I seriously doubt I will ever do this...it's just another idea to talk about. Like someone said earlier, a conversation to have around a bonfire on the ground, and thats where it should stay. Did someone's boyfriend forget to take the stick out of their ass this morning??? 4. Better bring umbrellas, lol. Yeah, the whole idea probably wouldn't work. The lower power pistols wouldn't really have enough power, and the high power pistols/regular markers would be too powerfull. Sure as hell is a fun idea though. How about someone does some tunnel time, and lets me shoot at them....that could be just as much fun lol. 5. Wow..... The question was I read this as "don't need to pass or ignore any gun laws whatsoever...." Not "abolish all gun laws, and every law in the book for that matter....." Did this go over my head or yours? "Though I Fly Through the Valley of Death, I Shall Fear No Evil...For I am at 80,000 Feet and Climbing." SR-71 hangar entrance sign at Kadena AFB, Japan
  6. LMAO You now get my vote for best reply I like to switch it up...there is nothing better than a woman that takes control and gets (and tells you) what she wants (of course I reciprocate the energy she puts into it ). 7. Hot sake also goes well with fresh sushi (not that crap at chinese buffets). You should also try Sapparo or Asahi beer. Living in Japan for two years got me spoiled...I want to go back. 8. Have you checked out any of the local music in your area? The camera guy at my DZ threw a video together for me, and I requested that he use some music from a local band I like. When he heard it, he asked who they were, and for me to get in touch with them to see if he could use more of their music. Of course, they were happy to oblige (more people getting their music out to the masses). It would be a good way for you to get some fresh music that not many people have heard. Go to some of the local spots that host the local scene. Ask them what bands have a good sound, they might have some recorded sessions for you to listen too, and see if there is anything you like. The band that I used was The Sound and The Fury, out of Kansas City. The broke up back in March...but had an awesome sound. 9. I like the streamer idea, awesome. Also enjoy the laser tag idea. Only question I have about that one is how much of an aiming margin do you have with the laser tag gun? If's its a "point in general direction" type of thing, it would seem to take the fun out of it The attachment is a picture of the type of paintball gun I would think could work...It's velocity is adjustable from 180fps to 240fps. If it were adjusted down to 180fps, it shouldn't be powerful enough to damage any of the gear (or full face helmet). 10. Use my own gear...no... Can I borrow yours? lol "Though I Fly Through the Valley of Death, I Shall Fear No Evil...For I am at 80,000 Feet and Climbing." SR-71 hangar entrance sign at Kadena AFB, Japan

  12. Ok, I realize this is probably a crazy stupid idea, but it sounds fun as all hell...has anyone ever tried dogfighting with paintball guns (while under canopy)? I'm guessing with all the extra gear a normal paintball gun takes, it probably hasn't been done...but has anyone thought of trying with the paintball pistols? I would love to watch a video of this, if anyone has one. I have no intention of trying this anytime....soon . 13. I have had a few, but one sticks out right now. This particular one took a little bit of time though. I was 15, had just moved to a new school, and was trying to find my place. I already had two friends in the area, both were potheads. I was starting to lean that way (of becoming a pothead)...then I joined high school ROTC. After a couple months in ROTC, and having the instructors to look up to, it made me realize what I wanted to do...join the Air Force. I couldn't smoke pot and join the Air Force, so I made my choice, and never did regret it. Now, ten years later, I am in the Air Force and doing pretty well for a single 25 yr old...compared to those friends that chose the other path that I could have taken. 14. There seems to be a lot of sky for something like that to get lost in...I wonder what goes through the guys mind if/when he does loose sight of it. "Shit...and I can't see any blackberry bushes from this height." or "I wonder if they will throw out another?" Good luck to whoever tries it next. 15. I think humans have religion wrong for the most part. I believe all the paths lead to the One God in their own way. As long as you believe in the One God, whatever way you believe in him, and thank him for everything bestowed upon this earth, then you are following the correct path(s). I also believe that teaching against other religions, and speaking hate against other religions, is not the proper way. I visited my Grandparents Freewill Baptist Church once, and the pastor was preaching against Islam (saying Islam was what was wrong with the world, and needed to be stopped). You can't tell me that wasn't preaching hate. I am experiencing and reading about hate against Christianity everyday that I am here in Iraq. Who are we as humans to decide which path is the correct path? We can believe our path will lead us to heaven, but cannot tell others their path will not...if we tell others that, we are trying to judge them and their ways based on our own beliefs (the exception being intentional crimes against others). The Bible and Koran are both written by humans, and translated by humans, which means they are both fallible due to the human touch (although make good GUIDES). Just my opinion on the subject.
