TrophyHusband 0 #1 April 7, 2007 the end of her ear has been swollen for the past few days. while giving her a bath i was massaging it trying to break up the crusty fur when it seemed to break a little. i didn't mess with it any more, but while drying her off, it just fell onto the floor. very weird. she doesn't seem to care though. the vet just gave me some antibiotics and said she should be fine, the rest of her ear looks healthy. she must have gotten bit by something and it got infected, although she was never sore. it was a lot more traumatic for me than it was for her. Michele 1 #8 April 7, 2007 Wow, TH. Just wow. Watch carefully for additional infection. Don't know how the heck that happened, and I've seen some very strange things with animals...so I have no advice or help. Hugs to the puppy from me, and take care of her (I know you will...). TrophyHusband 0 #17 April 7, 2007 the vet said that most likely she got bit by something and it then just got infected. "Your scrotum is quite nice" - Skymama www.kjandmegan.com

freefallfreak 0 #19 April 7, 2007 QuoteAsk a Vietnam Veteran. As a Viet Nam vet with a few tours behind him, I'd say that the myth of us all being crazy is just that. I never knew anyone that made necklaces out of human ears, although rumors seem to run rampant. I'm probably crazy but it wasn't Nam that made me that way...I was finally convinced by all the rumors such as this one that floated around when we came back. Thanks for reinforcing this.
