skinnyshrek 0 #1 June 25, 2007 What has happened to the days you could get someone that understands fucking english? Try calling best buy all the lines are re-directed to India. How the fuck can someone in another country help with any questions. Unfucking real. I know it's cheaper but really, is it customer service. I guess if your ordering a fucking vindaloo its awesome. Ok rant over have a great dayhttp://www.skydivethefarm.com do you realize that when you critisize people you dont know over the internet, you become part of a growing society of twats? Brains 2 #2 June 25, 2007 lol, I was thinking about this same thing today and on the top of my invoice from a small local hardware store it says, "(name of store) where customer service is an attitude, not a department!!" I like local stores Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

skinnyshrek 0 #4 June 25, 2007 That is why i buy locally. I got the problem resolved by asking to speak to someone that understands english, her response excuse me sir( indian accent of course) so i said it slower and more obnoxiously louder. what next? Now you have to type for english press one my guess is in a few years it wil be for english press 6. I wonder how my customers would feel if everytime they called my cell it was re-routed to india. Wonder if my business would increase http://www.skydivethefarm.com do you realize that when you critisize people you dont know over the internet, you become part of a growing society of twats? ryoder 1,390 #8 June 25, 2007 Depends how you define "customer service". See #34: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/service"There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones.

happythoughts 0 #15 June 25, 2007 It's the math. Very few people call with problems. Few of them will actually change companies if the service is poor. The payscale is 1/6th for everything. Instead of $10/hr, it is $1.65. Comparing the money that they save to the money that they lose in ex-customers, it is totally worth losing a few customers.
