Care to give the recipe? I would like to try that ...

I could explain you , but then I'd have to kill you :)

ok ok, it's not MY secret...

first place a bowl of 50 cl of sunflower oil in the fridge for a couple of hours

50g liquid honey
50g water
1g Agar Agar
warm the water and honey , then put the Agar Agar, mix them well, bring to ebullition for 2 minutes, continue mixing slowly

let cool at ambient temperature for around 10 minutes.

with a syringe drop the liquid mix in drops into the cold oil

once you are done, rinse the pearls in water

the actual taste is less "honey" than the original honey as it is till a bit diluted with water and jelly

the process is called spherification

Is that food or bath beads?

actually food. Will be trying bigger balls by spherification or inverted spherification very soon :)
And Pops, if your pearl necklaces have THAT colour, you should consult an urologist :)
