Looks kind of cool and a great way to get hurt?Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. JohnnyMarko 1 #2 April 23, 2011 My friends and I do it around campus. My suggestion? Don't do it if you're not athletic or in shape...or if you don't have a gymnastics background. Some high falls can seriously hurt if you don't know what you're doing or your bones are weak. And yea, it's an easy way of taking yourself out...especially if you're drunk and try a hand-plant front flip off your friends 15foot patio

NWFlyer 2 #6 April 23, 2011 I've just started going to a place that teaches parkour, aerials and capoeira and all that kind of stuff ... and the owners of the place I go fully admit they have gym envy of the Tempest Freerunning Academy. Of course, I'm still trying not to hurt myself or look like a total idiot in the most basic classes ... but it's fun and it sure as hell beats an hour on the fuckin' elliptical trainer. JohnMitchell 14 #7 April 23, 2011 Our son Brett is doing parkour still and loving it. We tell him to always take his phone so we can come get him when he breaks his leg. It's cool stuff. And yes, the elliptical trainer sux.

kasch 0 #9 April 23, 2011 that looks pretty fun. but i would definitely hurt myself and then not by able to jump yet again :)Sex with sith is like sex with a stripper. A lot of flashing lights and waving of glowing sabers, but in the end you end up with something dark and wrinkely. DPH# "-13" TSK# "-13"
CanuckInUSA 0 #10 April 23, 2011 It's cheaper than skydiving. But I would imagine one would suffer far more ankle, wrist and knee injuries (not to mention a few bells wrung) if they took up this sport instead of skydiving. But still safer than trying to skateboard on fence/stair rails. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
