PhreeZone 15 #1 February 10, 2013 I've been thinking about getting one of these for a toy and for use as a video platform for a while now and I wanted to ask around and see if anyone has a ny first hand experience with some and have any recommendations. Ideally I want to get one to eventually put a GoPro on but I need something that is pretty beginner friendly so I am not opposed to getting a cheaper starter to learn on and then upgrade later to something larger or with more options. My sodering skills are fair so I am not opposed to building from a kit but RTF is a great option also.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

kallend 1,649 #7 February 12, 2013 QuoteKallend has one. He's been flying a GoPro on it. Pic attached. It's a DJI Flamewheel 450 (a bit bigger than the Phantom). Has GoPro, GPS, compass, altimeter, and lots of LEDs for night flying.... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
