Dani Pedrosa cleared to race, also with a broken collar bone

The Moto GP guys are definitely NOT pussies when it comes to competing in pain.

Jean-Christophe Peraud, crashed during morning warmup for the mountain TT at the Tour De France a few days ago and broke his right collarbone. Decided to bandage up and ride the stage anyway, and on the final corner of the last descent, with about 1.2km to go, he did this.

The guy's apparently out for the rest of the season with a concussion. In my day if you got a concussion you took a couple of games off and get back on the ice.
