I wonder what the gambling 'over/under' is for how many shows actually take place before Axl throws a tantrum and either walks offstage during a performance or refuses to come out at all.

Given the number of shows that were supposed to take place with him that never happened, there's no way I'd pay for tickets.

When I was living in West Lafayette IN, I knew some people who went to high school with Axl, (he is from Lafayette on the other side of the river). They were unanimous in declaring him to be an asshole.

Ya - the song One in a Million expressed that part of his life quite deliberately.

There was a lot of controversy at the time that he had already addressed, but ultimately still felt the need to write Don't Damn Me in response to it all - and then some.

I appreciate this type of art and the explanation behind it. It allows us to understand how and why these people think the way they do. Subsequently, that level of knowledge allows us to get into their mind and effect change, rather than ridicule and sow even more discord.
